She is fascinated with the science of food and effects on taste, biology and wellbeing with in-depth research into quality and controls in the food sector. She has passed additional quality and food courses and can offer her new clients ISO9001 quality standards, ISO2200 Food Safety Management Systems, Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 Certificate and BRC Global Standards for Food Safety.
